When can I check in and out?
Check-in from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am. If you book direct with us you get late check-out when there's room.
What happens if I arrive late?
Reception is open until 22:00. Arriving later? Call or message us beforehand and we'll make sure you can get in.
Is breakfast included?
For breakfast you get a small bag of goodies. There's also a shared kitchen where you can cook your own food.
Can I bring a dog?
Get in touch before you book, and we'll tell you which rooms and pitches work for pets.
Is there parking and an EV charging point?
Yes, parking is free and roomy, even for motorhomes and trailers. There is an EV charging point.
Are the loft beds suitable for children?
The loft is reached by a ladder and suits children from about 6 years old best. For younger children we put a cot in the room.
Can businesses book several rooms for a long period?
Yes. We rent out 5–20 rooms in a block, for example Monday–Thursday for a whole project, at a fixed price with one combined invoice. Request a quote on the business page.
How far is it to Landskrona and Helsingborg?
Approx. 9 km to Landskrona centre and approx. 18 km to Helsingborg. The boat to Ven leaves from Landskrona and the ferry to Helsingør from Helsingborg.
Is it cheaper to book direct than on Booking.com?
Yes. On our own site we always have the lowest price, and direct bookers get perks such as late check-out and free mini golf.
How do I cancel?
You cancel via the link in the confirmation email. See our booking terms for what applies to your rate.
